World Bank: Singapore the best country to run a business

According to the latest 2011 World Bank report, Singapore remains the best country to run a business. The report rates 183 countries on the ease in which they allow firms to operate. The other seven factors evaluated are - taxation, trading across borders, registering property, dealing with construction permits, closing a business, enforcing contracts and protecting investors.
