US-headquartered Plug and Play Tech Center has partnered with the National Research Foundation in Singapore to co-invest in early stage high-tech companies in Singapore. As part of its Singapore initiatives, Plug and Play will be partnering with SingTel to help its startups access the Asia Pacific market.
Saeed Amidi, CEO of Plug and Play said that “Plug and Play Tech Center will setup its Singaporean operations with close affiliation to its current US operations, transferring management know-how and building a bridge between Plug and Play in Singapore and our existing entrepreneurial eco-system in Silicon Valley.”
Plug and Play is one of the seven awarded incubators under the Technology Incubation Scheme by the National Research Foundation.
