Mr Chua is currently the President and CEO of Vertex Management Holdings. Previously, he was President & Executive Director of Biosensors International Group Ltd. Before Biosensors, Kee Lock was the Managing Director of Walden International Singapore Pte Ltd, a company dealing with software/IT services and electronics/digital consumer sectors, from 2003 to 2006. He also assisted and held various senior executive roles in several Singapore-listed companies, including Deputy President of NatSteel Ltd., President/CEO of Intraco Ltd and President & Co-founder of MediaRing.com. Between 2005 and 2006, he was the Chairman of the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association.Mr Chua graduated with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science of Engineering from Stanford University.
