Managing Partner, Matrix Partners China
David Su is the managing partner of Matrix Partners China and leads the firm’s investments in the internet, digital media and medical technology. He currently serves on the boards of AdSame Network, Keniu Software and Polybona Film. Prior to joining Matrix China, David was a co-founder and General Partner of TDF Capital China, and led TDF’s investments in ACC Acoustic (2018.HK), Baidu.com (NASDAQ:BIDU), Khanghui Medical (NYSE:KH) and P-Cube (Acquired by Cisco systems). David was concurrently a partner of KPCB China Fund when TDF formed an alliance with KPCB in 2007.
Prior to venture capital, David spent more than six years with Lotus Development, IBM Software Group where he last served as the managing director of Greater China Operations. David started his career with Port of Singapore Authority as a systems analyst in the Container Port Operations Systems group. David graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
