Co-founder & Managing Director, OWW Capital Partners
Mr. Tan is the co-founder and Managing Director of OWW Capital Partners Pte Ltd, a venture capital firm. He has more than 20 years experience in venture capital, investment banking and finance. Since co-founding the OWW Group in 1991, he has been responsible for setting the investment strategy and overall management of the OWW Group.Mr. Tan has been lead investor in more than 19 companies in Greater China and South East Asia in the plastic moulding, agrotechology, pharmaceuticals, IT, internet, food, logistics and other service industries. Presently, he is a director of Goodpack Limited and CEI Contract Manufacturing Limited (both listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited) and several private companies.He was previously the Corporate and Business Development Manager of WBL Corporation Ltd and also with Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia Ltd specialising in investment banking.
Mr. Tan received a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
