National University of Singapore along with JobsCentral is organizing a career fair for graduating students and its recent alumni this June 1st.
We are setting up a booth exclusively for startups and will be bringing down 6 top-tier startups from Singapore.
Why work for a startup?
Working for a startup offers a set of unique experiences different from an MNC or corporate company. It offers a chance to work on new technologies, setting your own working hour and taking on multiple responsibilities depending on each individual’s interests.
Though the remuneration might be relatively lower, working for a startup is beneficial in the long run. It offers a wide array of learning opportunities and if the startup does well, there’s always a chance of cashing out using stock options. If not, then the experience of working at a startup will put one in good stead to start a company or move on to higher positions in any company.
