Technology User Groups
Groups and meetups catered towards specific technology enable learning and sharing of knowledge. Tech user group meetups are commonplace and through these sessions, lots of people come together to share ideas and find collaboration opportunities.

- Beermates JS – Monthly meetup of Javascript fans. Beers provided.
- CocoaHeads Singapore — Monthly gathering to discuss Apple’s Cocoa framework for programming on Mac OS X, the iPhone / iPod Touch, as well as development tools on the Mac.
- Drupal Meetup — Series of seminars welcoming Drupal developers, users and people who are keen to find out more about this open-source content management system (CMS).
- IxDA SG – This group aims to support interaction design professionals or anyone in the relevant field to find opportunities, network and socialize with your professional peers.
- IXD Sessions — IXD Sessions are a series of talks in Singapore with a focus on Interaction Design.
- NUS Hackers – NUS Hackers is a student-run organization committed to the spread of hacker culture & free/open-source software.
- R User Group – Group dedicated to all the R users.
- Singapore Functional Programmers — A discussion group for all the functional programmers.
- Singapore Linux Meetup Group(SLMG) – SLMG are enthusiasts who are passionate about promoting and sharing their experiences of the Linux and Open Source community.
